She was beautiful, - stabbed, rolled over and killed with an ax. She was the mother of the future Pharaoh at the very height of power. She saw her son's father, Smenkhkare wed with Merytaten and that their coming children would inherit. She saw the fragility and growing instability of the Court and she saw that she and her son were at risk.  She acted and lost but fate brought her son, Tutankhaten, the throne regardless.
